Hello again,

"Healthy Space" is about patience with oneself and the lessons only time can teach us.

This project is a reflection back on this summer of 2021 and the shifts that came across my life. I realized that distance and time can often teach you more than intentional study. That life can wash over you, and leave you completely different at the end of the spin cycle. That we all have things we need to manifest for ourselves. That we need to lend our skills to others.

For me, these lessons came by the way of frustration, loss and solitude. The universe was showing out and giving me some intense trials. But I endured to the other side, grateful for the lessons learned.

I encourage everyone to take some distance from — everything — every once in a while. But make sure you have a foundation to fall back on.
That’s what these last few months have shown me, the most.
I feel that space inherently begets healing, but maybe that’s just me.

The cathartic feelings of music are coming back to me, and I feel these tracks showcase this well. I feel so honored to be able to share these creations with you, because these tracks finally sound like I hear them in my head (well, pretty close.) The practice is paying off in real-time.
